At Maple & Fern Pet Co, all of our products are custom-made to order. Each bowl, cutter, name sign, and apparel item is carefully designed and created just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

 

No Returns or Exchanges


As all items are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.


Please double-check all personalization details, color choices, and sizing before completing your order.

 


Damaged or Faulty Items


We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:


1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.



2. Please include photos of the issue and your order number.



3. We will review your case and do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, repair, or another solution.


 


Order Issues


If there is a mistake on our part (wrong item, incorrect personalization), we will remake or replace the product at no cost to you.


If the mistake is due to details entered incorrectly at checkout, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or free replacement.


 

Cancellations


Because our products are custom-made, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in production.
