Bowls, Cookie Cutters & Name Signs: 1–10 business days (made to order)

Apparel (T-shirts, Sweaters, Hoodies): 3–7 business days (embroidered/made to order)

 Business days are Monday–Friday (no weekends or public holidays).

Apparel Shipping

T-shirts, Hoodies & Sweaters are shipped separately from our manufacturer in China.

Delivery times for apparel may vary slightly by region, typically:

Standard International: 7–15 business days

Express International: 5–10 business days

You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if your order includes both 3D-printed items and apparel.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers: Your order may be subject to customs or import fees set by your country.

USA customers: We cover applicable tariff costs to prevent hold-ups at customs and ensure smooth delivery.

Split Shipments

To get your goodies to you faster, apparel items will ship directly from our manufacturer in China, while 3D-printed items ship from Australia. Tracking is provided for each shipment.

Address Issues & Delivery Attempts

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute parcels once shipped.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, re-shipping costs will apply.

Delays & Peak Periods

During sales, holidays, or carrier disruptions, processing and delivery may take longer. We’ll keep you updated if we spot any significant delays.
